To provide the invoices for your purchase, we need to ask you to complete your data in your account.
Click on your profile in the upper right corner and choose “Manage account”. Please fill in all mandatory fields (marked with a red * ) and provide all the information in the section “Your current address”. Please do not forget to save after you finished.
Please complete these data until April 22nd. Otherwise we need to set your STARAMBA.Token on hold and you will not be able to take part in the restricted trade nor make purchases in the MATERIA.ONE shop.
As soon as you completed your data or are unsure if everything is filled out correctly, please write to support@staramba.com and include a screenshot and we unfreeze your STTs.
Please start your KYC
Furthermore, please start your KYC process if you did not complete it yet.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us at kyc@staramba.com.
If the KYC is not finished until April 30th, we will set your STTs on hold and you cannot take part in the restricted trade nor make purchases in the MATERIA.ONE shop.
Accredited Investors
You are from the USA (US citizens or resident with a different ID) and took part in our ITO? Please get in touch with us to get a document that needs to be filled out at support@staramba.com. If you are unsure whether you qualify as accredited investor or not, please turn to your tax advisor or lawyer.
Please make sure to contact us and provide the data until April 30th.

Hi Materia.One im still waiting from 20 May to fix my account what is going on .
More than 1 month im waiting the simplest task on the world to be fix.
Is that the way your company work ?!?
